Training Plan for Fall!

Our Head Coach, Lee Leibfarth, had developed a great Fall Training Plan for all of our athletes to use as we head into the off season. To be competitive in our sport, it takes months of hard work prior to the race season. The off season gives us a chance to fine tune technique while also building a good base of endurance and strength. This training plan should be fine tuned by a coach to suit each athlete individually. NRC athletes should use this plan as a guide to regiment their training and help to stay focused on the goals and gains they would like to see in their 2016 racing season.
